Moxabustion

Moxabustion is an ancient form of heat therapy; it is the burning of the herb moxa (Chinese mugwort) over acupuncture points and certain areas of the body to warm, tonify and stimulate circulation inducing a smooth flow of Qi and blood.

Heat produced by moxibustion penetrates deeply into the body, restoring balance and flow of Qi and blood. Moxibustion prevents disease, promotes improvement in pain conditions and preserves health. It is used to treat many conditions including arthritis and digestive disorders and is effective for pain management. Doing moxibustion regularly on specific acupuncture points promotes strength and longevity.

TDP Therapy

TDP lamps are electromagnetic spectrum lamps. When the mineral heads are heated they emit far-infrared waves that penetrate the skin stimulating blood circulation and metabolism. The therapy delivers higher levels of oxygen and nutrients to muscles, cells and joints, improves the immune system while eliminating toxins and cellular waste. The heat is comfortable and relaxing.
